Why you love kids?

Today, someone asked me "Why I wanted to become Child Care Mangement?"

To be honest, I want to become child care mangement for the money. Also, if I have a child, I want to be there in the child care place watching him or her.

Is that a good thing to say when someone is intereviewing you? What should I say?

i want to be in childcare management to. not for money but because i absolutely love kids!! u should to!! otherwise pick another job. u have to really love kids to handle them!!

Saying that you're in it for the money is not something good to say. It may seem good since you'd be telling the truth, but it also implies that you would leave without hesitation if another job with higher pay came along. You could say something along the lines of I want to become Child Care Management because you want to be a positive influence on young children and that you have a passion for giving children a safe and positive place to learn and grow.

Typically, it's not wise to mention money; just about everyone in the field knows that childcare is one of the higher-paying fields in the world, so it's a foregone conclusion. But being able to convince them that you really appreciate the importance of caring for children is the best thing; because if you don't, there's really no reason to be trying for it. After all, bringing up kids is hard, but as I said, it's also important; you wouldn't want someone who's just in it for the money to be watching your kid, would you? That's why I think that you saying that you would want to watch your own in such a place is a good thing.
