I went to see my dentist this morning. She's extremely attractive, single, and we often flirt around with each other. Anyway, today she took things a little further and asked me to show her how I masticate, so I did. Unfortunately I have no witnesses, but she's still pressing charges.

The same reason that you write something and mean something else.
Perhaps you misunderstood what masticate meant and you thought she meant mustur bate,
In which case explain your misunderstanding of the language, if it gets to court, it could get a few people laughing, including the judge.

If you have no witnesses - change the story around. Say she attacked you. Have another girl put scratch marks on you, and say they were from the dentist. Take photos of your bruises. Also say when she put you under, you found your fly unzipped, and when you questioned her that's when she started going nuts. She has more to lose than you, so she'll drop the charges if you drop yours.

I was going to say we are just being diplomatic, but on reading the rest of your question, I am so sorry for you that you are suffering this.
I would turn to a magician, witch or wizard, read psalm 109 that should sort her out.
Hope everything works out for you.
Try denying it totally completely and utterly, she has no witnessess either.
