Have you considerd breastfeeding? It is worth the effort!
If you do not choose to breastfeed or you want to do both I always used the cheap bottles from the dollar store! They worked just as well for my babies. Some babies are picky or may end up needing a certain type bottle for gas, reflux, etc. I would advise not spending too much on one type til the little bundle of joy is here and decides which one he (or she) will need.
good luck

swapbbabygoods.com is such an awesome site, come check it out. I first went there 6 months ago and have been hooked bigtime. You can sell, buy, or trade with others- pretty much anything baby related, they even have a "mommy stuff" section. Bottles, diapers, formula, clothing, nursery accesseries, etc. It's a great place to get stuff you need in exchange for stuff you don't need, or to buy at an affordable price.

Breastfeed, then you won't need all of that expensive stuff. I bought a bunch of stuff and ended up nursing my son and never really used any of it.
