I bought a box of frozen Hikari Bloodworm. Contains 10 or 12 slabs. Each slabs have 32 cubes. My fishes consume 2 cubes daily..... so the box of bloodworm will last a long time.

As long as you keep it in an airtight bag, and it doesn't get freezer burn, it can last a very long time. 2 years or more. however you will use it way before then.

Do you eat frozen food that's 2 years old? I'm a FREAK when it comes to my fish's food and I may be a little obsessive but I would change it out after a couple of months. Dry food without a doubt monthly, old food makes fish floaty. I do own fat round squished bodied goldfish, so I'm extra careful with food. I have no fish that float ever, I change the food out regularly, and I do feed them well, twice a day!

Sealed up like in a zip top bag it will last as long as it doesn't get too much freezer burn.

To make it last longer break it up into smaller sections and wrap each section in butcher paper and then tinfoil. That will postpone freezer burn much longer that way.
