What are some good southern or "redneck" sort of names for girls? Besides the obvious like : Scarlett or Bobby Jean or Arlene. (It's not for my child, it's for a book :)

I think that there is a huge difference between southern and redneck names....

Some names that seem Southern to me are:

most obvious: Anna Mae. that seems very southern/redneck to me! also i knew a girl whose name was Bobbie Jo. good luck with your book!
