Are all deed restricted communities no soliciting?

I own a cleaning service and would love to pass out some flyers. There are a lot of deed restricted communities in the area. If it is otherwise posted are deed restricted communities a no soliciting area? My partner and I have always wondered about that. We thought that maybe it was just a known rule. Can anyone help?

I live in a deed restricted community and we have solicitors all the time. Hate it, they leave stuff on the door, try leaving your stuff on the door mat where it cannot be seen from the street.
