oooohhhhhh

BUY IT!! GREAT AREA!

Seriously, you are talking about one of the most coveted neighborhoods there is, they have amazing schools and people will pay high rent to get in there. I would grab anything that came my way.

I will be a good girl and not try to find this puppy for myself....

Oh "Fremont" hoh? Well I thought this was a question on where to go and buy at .......I was going to suggest "Half Moon Bay" but I'm sorry I dont know much about Real estate, my daughter would, but she's traveling from Coast to Coast, selling Mansion's at the moment... And schooling for her "Broker's license" in between so I dont like to phone her at this point in her career, she's so busy, or I would to get some insight for you to help you folks....... Good luck, its so "Beautiful in Northern California!!" I just miss it up there so much!! I have lived in Groveland, which is a 1/2 hour's drive to Yosemite, and I lived in "Auburn" California many years ago!! I think they ought to split the whole state right down the middle, right about Fresno, and call each one something different, because I have lived in southern Cal, and Northern Cal, both....they are so different from eachother dont you agree? I was born and raised in Long Beach California, and not proud to say that either, which is why as soon as I was old enough I moved in with my brother as his roommate up in Auburn Cal, and went to work for a tv. company "Stuffing circuit boards, for a living.. Those were the Good Ol' Days, they were!! Enjoy your new life up there for me!! Smile, the Best of Luck to you & yours!!

Do request the following:
Pest Report /Natural Hazard Disclosure/ Title Report (looking for CCR's and Special Taxes)
Do order:
Home Inspection
Don't purchase home without a REALTOR not being bias but we have Legal people on our side that will protect you during your purchase.

If you have not chose a REALTOR than choose one that works for you and will help you make great decisions on homes in the area.

If you need some good information on your property I have MLS access and could help guide you through your purchase. Remember Buyers Agents (me) are free to you because it comes out of the Sellers pocket.

HAPPY LIVING!
