What I find a good present and which is usually much appreciated is the cultural event.
Bring her to the Théâtre de la Toison d'Or (Porte de Namur), you will live the funniest plays in the country, typical Belgian humour. You can book on line.
Or you may buy her comic books, Belgium is "the" country where you have the most talentuous artists with a thousands of choices from the simpliest to the most sophisticated bande dessinée, just go to Brüsel, in the Center (near la Bourse). You can also buy on line.
