I have a friend whos birthday is coming up here soon and I'd like to do a prank birthday call. What is the code to call anonymously?

you dial *67 to make a number private.. *69 gives you the last number that called you. You will get a dial tone again after pressing and you can then place your call.

this answer is dial *67 and then dial the number it will show up as private on any home phone except the ones that dont accept private calls, but if they do accept then they will not know who it is.

Before dialing, put *67 before her number.

Example: *67-(555)-555-5555

Well at least that's what it is in the U.S.

if you use a cell phone you should be able to select "hide number" so that your name/number wont show up on caller id. just search through your phone settings to find it, or use someone else's cell or home phone. however, make sure they dont mind answering anonomous calls, as well as your friend, because i never do. also, try it out on someone else first by calling them to make sure it works before calling your friend. good luck!

you dial *67 before entering the number. With my experiences, this doesn't work with verizon cell phones.
