She was raped and demanded me not to tell, but she has gone insane and has a policeman friend who will provide her with a gun to kill this man... she is my friend and i dont aprove of this but i dont wanna lose her neither....whats to do?

Killing a rapist isn't insane. It's not the societally approved method of dealing with the problem, but to be honest society doesn't really have a method that works. Reporting him to the authorities requires a victim to put herself through an ordeal almost as brutal and painful as the original crime. Then, if he's actually convicted, he spends at most seven years in prison. Statistically, most repeat their offenses upon release.
This kind of trauma can be horribly life altering. Has she looked into counceling? Women's centers help thousands of rape victims every year- and are available in every major city and college campus, most often for free.
You should know, that she's put you in a horrible position. By telling you her plans, she's made you an accessory to them. If you don't do anything to prevent this, you're almost as legally responsible as she is. She's going to get caught- if she wasn't smart enough to hide her plans from you, she'll never get past a detective. She's put you in a place where you have to protect her rapist, and turn over her policman friend, to protect yourself. How you resolve that situation is entirely up to you, but I'd recommend trying to talk her down first.

A true friend would tell and risk losing friendship. The policeman friend might be just a story. You need to let the police know ASAP before she does something. Her being raped their is help available to her that she can get. Including 800 numbers

Just realize that true justice will be served. If she has a cop friend most likely the case will get messed up and you will have no way around it other than going to the cop's superior.
Don't admit to knowing - it's just her word against yours - or say you thought it was the ravings of a lunatic and you asked her to get help for her "psychosis" - then lay down the tracks by having called a psychologist for your alibi.

Definatley call the police!!! No matter how good of a friend she is, you can't let her just go and kill someone. You could even get in DEEP DOO-DOO for knowing about something like that and just letting it happen.
The guy that raped her will go to jail if you tell anyway. So all's well that end's well. Your friend would thank you later if she really was your friend.

The justice system in this country is not "fair". If she tried to kill him and fails, she will end up in prison for 20 years. How would she feel then?
Be a true friend, get her to report the rapist to the police. Stick by her, because the justice system is not fun.

If this isn't a joke, then you must report it. If she knows who raped her, they can arrest him. We also don't need a crooked cop on the streets either, so he needs to be reported as well. There is a reason we have a justice system and it is not up to her or this gunho cop to take matter into their own hands.

Yeah if I were you I would do something about it like call a higher authority and see what they can do about the girl and the cop. Tell your parents they will know who to call. I know it's your friend but if you stop her before it happens than you wont feel as guilty. Good luck.

Call the police immediatly and tell them what is going on. Also tell them about the cop who is going to supply a gun to her.
