I need 5 similarities. They need to relate to the plot and characters and how Shakespeare developes them. I would really apprciate it since I dont understand the writing style that Shakespeare used.

Well, Hamlet and Lady Macbeth share similarities: They are both calculating characters who, ostensibly, are driven mad by the end of the play.

Similarly, Macbeth and Ophelia share similarities: They are rather weak characters under the influence of others.

Both plays involve a murdered king: Duncan in "MacBeth" and Hamlet Sr. in "Hamlet;" the ensuing power struggles and quests for justice motivate characters in both plays.

Supernatural forces play a large part both plays: the witches in Macbeth and the ghost in Hamlet

Betrayal is a theme in both plays.

These should be good starting points for you. Read the plays, analyze the characters, and ask your teacher for help instead of hoping strangers will do your homework for you over the Internet.
