Start line drying them. But if you need to put them in the dryer, do so on a low heat setting.
Your shirts are shrinking because of heat.

I once did a science fair experiment on this. If you are younger than 18, you're growing, but I doubt you are, so it has everything to do with the shirt. My results showed linen and cotton shrink like CRAZY! So avoid buying those kind of shirts, buy some that are a mix like 50% cotton, or try acetate or nylon. If you cant stay away from those comfy cotton/linen shirts, wash them in cold water and let them airdry or if in a hurry put the dryer on the lowest temp. setting. Hot temperatures= small shirts.

Don't put your shirts in the dryer. Hang them up to dry. It kinda sucks, but your shirts won't shrink anymore.

If they are cotton they are proably shrinking in the dryer. I would wash them again stretch them back out while wet and hang or lay flat to dry when dry then you can put in dryer to soften up. I do it with my jeans all the time. Either that or you just getting taller:)

They're probably made of cotton, and you're probably putting them in the dryer after washing them.
