Stay until you're fired.

OR try your hardest to change the situation around.

i had that problem. i had a sexul harassement complaint against another co worker. that same co worker kept harassing me so i complained. the executive director called me into her office and yelled AT me for reporting him. well i traded a day with someone and they fired me. i think its over that, but they claim its cuz i called in sick to much. your best bet is to resign before you get fired. and if another employere asked why u quit. tell em. that it wasnt because of your work. GOOD LUCK

Try to reason with the boss if you want to keep your job. What's going on that you are getting in trouble all the time?

i would guess that if he's your boss he can fire you anytime he wants? i would start sending out resumes and networking until i find something else then resign.
