On the radio i heard some guy rapping in part of Ashley Tisdale's song Be good to me. anybody know who that is?

Thats Nathan Rotem. He was only in it because he was Ashley Tisdale's long time friend, and he happened to have a good voice. I hope this helps!!! =)
