hahahahahah LMAO nooooooooooo...lol you have to have your permit for a good year.

NOTE: If you're a teen younger than the age of 18, you'll need to have a restricted learner's license for at least a year before applying for a full Class E (unrestricted) driver license. There are no exceptions to this rule.

whaddayou think of? the warden in basic terms fell off the turnip truck? of direction! he's going to study your id. do you unquestionably need to possibility having your fishing privileges revoked for the subsequent 5 years? a minimum of a hefty nice which your mum and dad won't be too happy approximately? except poaching is a few thing that runs in the kinfolk... what's the undertaking with having a license? some thing approximately figuring out to purchase a organic God-given birthright? those days are long long gone. licenses pay for the fish that are stocked on your lakes, habitat progression, wardens (to look out for wannabe poachers), the fights against invasive species, all styles of good stuff. being caught in that lie would be worse than in basic terms being caught and not using a license. here is hoping for the warden's fortunate day... cheers!

No. you need the permit to get the license plate and also a cosigner just in case of an accident, wreck less driving and the police wanted to make an arrest. In that case, they'll just arrest your cosigner.
