Send a letter to the record company and tell them that you want to find a way to download it. Might want to send a copy to the RIAA. as well. Or maybe send the artists a fan letter saying that you are broke and can't afford a dollar. They might give you some charity if you need it.

I think you can get it from the RIAA. Just ask them nicely. You'd be better off borrowing a CD from a friend of yours and making your own mp3.
