Its about Frank Billings Kellogg ( he was a nobel peace prize winner). yes he was the cereal tycoon that came up with Kellogg cereal but he also was working for outlawing war... Kellogg-Briand Pact google him or go to the nobel peace prize website and search for him there... best to know your information before you try to give me any ideas. thanx

Actually he is not the same Kellog as the cereal. Kellogg's was founded as the Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company on February 19, 1906 by Will Keith Kellogg as an outgrowth of his work with his brother John Harvey Kellogg at the Battle Creek Sanitarium. F.B. Kellogg is a completely different person.
