Do you feel women are more empowered today, if not, what are the areas they need more empowerment.?

Women may feel that they are empowered today, but are they fooling themselves? Is it still not a man's world? How much more should the women fight to be heard and be equal? Even today every other woman, the world over, is subject to abuse and violence. Even today, in countries like India, a woman experiences fear while walking on the road in broad daylight. Can a woman really be free? Is freedom for a woman only a myth?

Freedom for women is happening very slowly, but it is happening. Changing 5000 years of human behavior doesn't happen overnight though.
Women are not burned on their husbands funeral pyres anymore in India, Burkhas are less used in a lot of muslim societies(Iran, egypt, etc). They have the right to vote in America and most of the Western world.
Just know you have my vote on equality, as do all people.

woman are way to empowered already. they have acheived many many goals of empowerment but still there are TWO SEXES, the males and the females. We must maintain SOME OF THE TRADITIONAL ROLES. already more than 50% of ALL FAMILIES ARE SINGLE PARENTED! I also believe gay couples can provide a strong home so I am not prejudiced about this (nor am I gay).

Woman want to act like a man, get all of the man bennies and be treated like a girl. WAKE UP, YOU ARE KILLING US GUYS!!!

If women want more they should consider transgender reassignment surgery.
