Definitely Kohls, and stop saying you're a chubby short girl - love yourself and clothes will start looking better on you. But Kohls has quality and great prices! And if you have access to an actual store, it's better to go in there and try stuff on, because I found a pair of jeans there - orig $50 for 7$ - it said size 1 (I'm really a 5) so it really depends on the brand.

Kmart is junk.
Kohl's has junior fashions in petite sizes (short length pants).
They are more expensive, but have good clearance sales.
Go during the middle of the week, instead of the weekend, for better sales.

hey!!! i bet you are beautiful, you sure have a beautiful personality. but, i fell the same way about myself. go to Kohl's. i went there yesterday, and they had really nice stuff. if u want, go to jcpenney cause i got capris there yesterday for 22 bucks. they fit very well. btw, i weigh more than u and jcpenney is a good store to go to. good luck!

umm..i say kohls just because kmarts quality isnt very good.
