When would be appropriate to take a pregnancy test?! My period is usually always regular, but I got it a few days ago, and its different than normal. Im supposed to get it in a week and 3 days. So it was really early. What could this be? Could I be pregnant? Btw, my last period started on March 8th

It's possible you're pregnant and that early period is caused by implantation bleeding. It would be a good idea to take a pregnancy test the day your period is really due...or if you get an early response test, 5 days before. For most tests, you need to have gotten pregnant about 2 weeks prior to testing for the results to be accurate. So you could start testing around the 2nd of April. If it comes back negative and you still feel something is up, wait a few days and try again. Good luck!

Lets see.. You ovulate 14 days after the DAY of your LAST period. So, you probably ovulated around the 22nd, if you had sex, on the 22nd, then yes, the chances are pretty high you are pregnant... If you have been bleeding, its a huge possibilty that you are experiencing "implantation" bleeding, its usually lasts about 2 days, and is really light pink or dark brown, and appears when you wipe...you could probably take a pregnancy test now and get results. By the way... I am a married women with a baby on the way, so don't take this the wrong way, just a compliment, but I viewed your 360 profile and you are absoultley beautiful! You'll have a pretty baby! Good Luck

im going through the same thing (my last period was march 11th) and i have been having cramps for the last few days. Everyone tells me that the best way to get a for sure positive or negative is to wait untill a few days after your missed period. That way the hormones are for sure going to be in your urine. Its so hard to wait i know, but there is just no point in doing a test this early. Good Luck! :)

If you ovulated between March 16-23 then if you conceived you probably wouldn't be experiencing symptoms yet since implantation takes time. From what I've read implantation bleeding isn't very common but it's possible. As far as hpt's go you can take one 5 days before you miss your period but it's not always accurate then. Best of luck.

A urine test probably wouldnt show up yet. Your sooooo early that the baby really isnt preducing the hormone to indicate pregnancy that the tests look for. I would wait until you period is late then test.

You could take one now, just to see if you are pregnant. The sooner you find out, the better. So you can eat healthy and take prenatal vitamins!

How heavy is your period? If its light, it could be implantation bleeding. If its heavy, I would say your probably not pg.
