Monsters: rock monarch x2, nimble momonga x3, spell striker
Mystic swordsman lv6, giant rat x2, exiled force, drillroid,
exploder dragon, e-hero wild heart, gigantes,
ancient gear beast, ultmate tyranno, d.d assilant
injection fairy lily, jinzo, goblin elite atk force

Spells: MST, nobleman of crossout, snatch steal,
premature burial, creature swap x2, scapegoat, stray lambs
sowrds of revealing light, giant trunade, brain control x2,
heavy storm, enemy controller, pot of avarice

Traps: torrential tribute, ring of destruction,
spirituall earth art kurogane x2, mirror force

I would say NO, because in my opinion you have too many cards that slow down your deck, the main idea in a earth deck is to use brute force to beat the foe. For example D.D assailant with Gaia power to atk your monster would have 2300 atk points. They are also some earth monster with a great defense like soul tiger if you can manage to have a great offense and keeping a great defense when you're in disadvantage I think you could succeed in creating a Great deck.

Personally I don't like earth deck but my little brother had one and He was very strong in the offensive. Loll ; )

Always keep in mind that a great defense can save your duel. Hope i have been of help
