When bands write songs to they come up with lyrics and then write music to it or the opposite way round. Recently I've been hit by something new and I am really into writing songs (lyrics) and want to find someone even a bunch of friends record my song and see how it sounds... I mainly write in another language but have got a few decent (well that's according to me) songs.
Please respond it would vm appreciated! thanks

It varies depending on the band, of course, but generally speaking the melody (guitars) comes first. After that, a vocal melody (sometimes without lyrics yet) is next, and then the rhythm section comes in over it.
But, if you have a melody in mind for your vocals, go with that first.

usually the band comes up with the music and the writer/singer takes his lyrics and finds the one set of lyrics that fits well with the music

there is often the extreme bands that sing approximately crap. no longer in ordinary terms with song.. with something there is often the extremes. it is not plenty to do with the "middle" component, some artists are in simple terms stupid, lazy, immature and not creative in any respect! i locate that rock and metallic on trouble-free although is the main open minded and non violent type. you will discover that a extensive share of songs approximately anti conflict, animal rights, wish etc tend to be contained in the alternative type's. So yeah some anybody is idiots, and there are constantly people attempting to stand out and charm to a definite minority.. in simple terms overlook approximately it and revel contained in the sturdy stuff :)

first comes the music but if someone has an inspiration they write the lyrics first!

sometimes when you write lyrics yuou hear a certain beat in your head so you just have to try and put it on paper..good luck!

different bands have different techniques. which ever way you feel most comfortable with, go for it.
