Which is better an apple or a orange??
They are two different type of cars and I don't think you can fairly compare them together.

The Rolls Royce is a large Luxury Sedan. It is not built for performance but rather it is the benchmark for luxury. The Lamborghini, is the ultimate street racer. Minimal comfort and maximum performance. Great styling and super powerful engines. The Lambo exudes Italian maleness, the Rolls exudes the British Gentleman.

Depends. "Better" means in opinion. In my opinion, I would have a Rolls-Royce. It would show class and establishment. A Lamborghini would also show class, but would show people that you wanted attention.

It depends on what you're actually looking for. A RR is much better in the way of maintenance and fuel efficiency; a Lambo is for speed and looks, but not much else.
