You can usually do a home test after 2-3 weeks but a blood test at the doctor's can be done after about a week.

most people find out about two weeks after conseption (due to the missed period)
so I would test as soon as you miss your period

you won't know til about 2-3 weeks. wait and see if you skip your period and then take a home pregnancy test.

if your period does not come then maybe you are and if you think that you are go to ob/gyn and get a blood test.there is no definate way to tell before two weeks though.
