and a black and white woman friendship. their is something heartwarming in it when i see real genuine interracial friendship like the tv show with doug heffernan and deacon. it shows me that there are still many good loving people out there. it gives me hope. am i alone in this?

I don't know if "enjoy" is the term I'd use. I'm just glad that Segregation no longer exists.

I have a few black friends and we often seem to have plenty in common; it's often more fun to talk to women of any race being with them as a group and it keeps things more interesting.
Also, the more I see this the better I feel because it makes me think Black and White people are finally forming their own culture together.
Now, if we could just deal with the millions of fence jumpers, please!! Thanks. There are bigger issues than race here, like weakening and losing a country.

You are not alone.
Have you seen Remember the Titans w/Denzel Washington? There are 2 great examples of black/white friendships between men, back when race relations were tough.

Unfortunately, I usually only see this in movies, Reign Over Me with Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle is a good example.

Unfortunately you're not alone. There is nothing more disgusting than an interracial relationship regardless if it's a friendship or something even worse. I'll tell you right now that these people can't be trusted, they'll turn on you if it's to save themself in a second. Don't say no one warned you when you find out the hard way.
