Only a few genera in the enterobacteriaceae are pathogenic: Salmonella, Yersinia, Shigella and a few strains of E. coli.
Enterobacteriaceae are awesome to grow in the lab due to the fact that they are all facultative anaerobes.

i think salmonella, clostridium, bacillus in gm+ve are always pathogenic to the human body. most of the gm-ve bacteria are generally always pathogenic.
