Is this spotting?

I had the dry hump with clothes on issue.

My period is supposed to be dued this week. am having light bleeding. I had the normal cramps and PMS symptom but the blood is really light! Then after a while the cramping stopped but not a lot of blood are coming out like it used to? I'm still cramping a little bit.

Light-colored blood and not very much is spotting. If there is darker blood, thicker flow, and/or any clotting, that's not just spotting.

If you're still bleeding, then give it a couple days to see how it turns out (whether it just stops, whether it gets more, etc.). Especially as a teenager, it is normal for periods to sometimes be irregular either in the timing or in the amount of blood flow.

If you're seriously concerned about pregnancy, take a test in a week or two. And use it as a wake-up call...
