I have an easel, one side is a black chalk board, the other is a dry-wipe white board.
The surface of the white board no longer cleans well and the pens stain the surface. It was second hand, but we have made sure that we have used proper dry wipe pens only.

You can buy a roll of white-paper with a sticky backside which you paste over the existing, stationers should be able supply.
