An Italian grinder. For meat I put in salami, mortadella (a scrumptious type of baloney,) ham, and those big pepperonis. I add a few slices of American cheese. For veggies a sprinkle of lettuce, a few pickle slices, a generous handful of chopped black olives. I put mustard on it and finish it by adding a slight drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. I get hungry just thinking about it.

I usually do not use Turkey, unless it is evening time. The tryptophan in the meat makes you tired. (Tryptophan) is a natural sedative found in many foods, including the great gobbler bird.

Everything.I'm a Dagwood kinda guy, and I love to experiment. Ever had a pickle, peanut butter and syrup sandwich. I learned it from one of the answers to one of my questions. It's really good. Kind of a sweet and sour thing. One thing tho...on whole wheat please.
