Ksp=[Ba2+] X [F-]^2

but [F-] = 0.104 M from the NaF

Putting that into the expression for Ksp will let you determine the molar solubility of BaF2 in that solution. From the molar concentration of Ba2+ and the molar mass of BaF2, you can calculate the mass that will dissolve in the given volume of the solution.
