i don't do it with my car because i don't have a licenses,although I'm 18, but i do it to my boyfriends car sometimes!

Yes only because I like the numbers to be even. If I pump 24.75 i will keep pumping until it's $25.00. Why can't we top off anyway? You might be able to get a whole extra gallon out!
