No Jenny201, Anna was not murdered. I was just asking because people are still saying she was after a six week investigation that proved she wasn't !!!

Sorry, Howard had a he!! of a lot more to gain by her living. Nothing to gain by her death. Executor of a will does not entitle you to any of the estate.

It was deemed an accidental overdose.Being a nurse I can see how the combination of medications contradicting each other.But if she had a temp of 105,then she was probably not lucid enough to take the medications herself.Stern himself said that at 10:00am she had asked him to help her to the restroom,b/c she was too weak to get there herself.It seems odd also that Daniel had hired a private investigator which has said Daniel was having visions of his mom in a coffin.

Howard stern had power of attorney over her estate first her son is killed then her the only one left is the baby which he tricked anna into the whole sign the birth certificate in the bahamas the truth will come out in the end

i think howard k stern killed both daniel and anna . reason being ... he was there when daniel had methadone in his system ... who gave it to him , howard k stern ... when anna died he was there also .. why didnt he or anyone else for that matter just take resposibility and take anna to the hospital ?.. What kind of "lawyer"would just sit back and let someone like anna take care of him for years .. also, he had time motive and access . 1st stay with anna get her to completely trust him . 4(years) ? motive , get daniel , sole heir (at the time ) out of the way permanantly had access to everything she owned then was kicked out of the home by someone (g.ben?) then he has dannielynn.who is worth millions and he does not want to go back to "working " like a normal lawyer so he is keeping dannielynn as a pawn and refuses a paternity test .. as long as he has her , he will be financially set for life THINK ABOUT IT REAL CAREFULLY .. YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well if you read the news, you would know that she wasn't killed according to autopsy reports. She had an accidental overdose because obviously she didn't realize that her medications being taken together were contraindicated.

She died of an accidental drug overdose. She was taking Chloral hydrate, a sedative used to treat insomnia and alcohol withdrawal, relieve anxiety and ease post surgery pain. She had been on several antidepressant and anti-anxiety drugs and also methadone prior to her death. "Combined drug intoxication" is what they officially called it.

Howard did it he has so much to gain with her dead I think he injected her somehow with drugs its just to ironic that daniel died too i think he killed him too....
