to make things short: my mom died last year november from lung cancer. I was able to sign paperworka nd take her job under a deceased parent. The job is really good as far as benefits, pay, vacation, etc. The thing is my older sister wants me to work and buy a house so she can shack up in ( mind you she has an apartment and she's 35 with two teenage kids). I love my sister but I don't appreciate her telling me that when I start my job that I have an obligation to buy a home so she can live in. I was very pissed because I shouldn't have to take care a grown woman. My mom was a kind-hearted woman and was always there for us but the mistake was letting my sister come back too much to our home. I'm 21 and I take care of myself without any help or support. Is that fair that I have to take care of her and she's grown? (also i have a teenage sister I take care of...that I don't mind do for her)

You are already doing your part by taking care of your younger sister, just keep doing what your doing and stay focused on what's really important. Your sister has had time to get her act together and too many opportunities. By not helping you are helping her more.

You are already taking care of your little sister and you are only 21. Tell your older sister to get a job and stop being such a pain.

Your 35 year old sister is not your responsibility. As long as she is doing fine and not in a domestic abuse situation or anything else that is life threatening she should not be depending on you to provide housing for her and her teenagers.
