Believe it or not, I gained a lot of weight on medicines one time and then got off the medicines and lost all the weight.. The stretch marks left behind were killing me and my appearance.. I went to the tanning bed just to get a summer glow and the stretch marks disappeared...3 years ago, and never came back.. so, I would try that first.. just 5-7 visits.. 10-20 min each.. should do it..

Honestly, there's nothing that works as fast as you're talking about other thant surgery.
1) Remember that stretch marks come with your baby. They are your battle scars--wear them with pride.
2) Try vitamin E on them. Not lotion, but the pure liquid you can buy at stores. It faded mine to a nice level in about 2-3 months.
3) Talk to your doctor.

nothing removes them, really. even the best lasers just fade them to lighten up. just wear a cute 1-piece suit, and exercise to get a buffed body. even if you have a 1-piece, as long as your body looks good, you still look sexy.
