I dunno but it's kinda stupid............Look how much people pay for insurance but some of thoes people never see a penny of it. I guess you gotta make money somehow.

because it raises the rates for the people who do not comit fraud,don't put in stupid claims,makes it difficult for everyone to get insurance and it's cheating...if it's a medical case the employer is stuck with higher premiums which get passed onto the employees,and the jerk doing it is double dipping the system
