Hi.
1) The top of the tyre is called the TRED.
2) The side of the tyre is called the SIDE WALL.
3) The iner center of the tyre is called the CANVIS ( this is the part that you will see when the tyre is worn down very bad,(by this time you will have had an accedent or one to many travic fines for a un-road worthy tyre)
4) On the inside of the canvis you will have hundreds of thin cabels that hold the tyre to gether, and to with stand the prsure of the tyre.
5) If you inflate the tyre to 2 bar when it is cold it will be 2 bar. If you now travel with the 2 bar inflated tyre the air will expand as the tyre heats up thus giving you a presure of +- 2.2 bar.
thanks for the question.

I'm not sure what you're calling the top part, but the tread is what your car rides on.

I need a better description of what you mean. Are you talking about the treat of the tire or is the tire stored in the trunk and your talking about the mechanism that the tire is fastened with to hold it secure. Please reply and I'll try to answer your question to solve the problem.
