there is a slash seperating each pbox into two sections- on top of the slash , enter the score for that phase, at the bottom of the slash enter the running total- this keeps adding the score simple- you can keep up with it every turn rather than adding all of the totals at the end.

Not sure if you're looking for a score sheet to use or the scoring rules.
Here's a score sheet you can use:
http://www.fundexgames.com/downloadables/Phase10Dice-Scoresheet.pdf
And here's a PDF copy of the rules:
http://www.fundexgames.com/instructions/pdf/Phase_10_Dice_2721.pdf
The scoring section of the rules reads:
SCORING: At the end of the turn, the player scores points for the Phase the player is working on, only if the player makes that Phase. The score is the total of all the dice used to make that Phase. Dice not needed for the Phase are not scored. Also any Wilds (W’s) used in the Phase score zero points each. For example, the player is in Phase 1 and ends up with 8, 8, 8 and 10, W, W. The player’s score is 8+8+8+10, or 34. The player enters 34 in the space for “2 sets of 3.”
Happy gaming!

I do - every game I attend. It is completed, and on the ride home, I tally up the final box score. Great way to remember the game. There were times that I had to ask my son or someone who went with me to keep the score for a half inning while I was at the concession stand, but now that isn't even necessary with all the TVs in the concourses. I don't think it requires patience to keep a scorecard, just to be detail oriented. Plus, it helps you "keep your head in the game." Finally another benefit I have recieved is that I am the official "referee" for people who like to place those bets on every batter, every pitch, etc. since I have the scorecard - if they argue about what happened, I have the final say. Made some good money doing that!

I've done it two or three times. I actually tailor-made a scorecard to use at games. When I was down at school in Baltimore, I tallied a whole Orioles-Rays game up until about the 8th inning when I started losing track of some zany putouts that involved a weird play at the plate. I've been to plenty of Orioles games, and had some female classmates ask me what I was doing. Using a scorecard is dead, no one does it, thats why its enjoyable to do every once and a while.
