Who know the "fb!" Extension? I have a file with fb! extension but i dont know any program to use it ...

Hi every one
I have a file with fb! extension but i dont know any program to use it ..
the complete name of file is :

American Pie présente String Academy ! 2006 french
CINEFEEL.part12.rar.fb!

and anothre file:

American Pie 5 2006 xvid NL subs dvdrip NLT.RELEASE.avi.fb!

I removed fb! from end of these files but they did not work
i used all kinds of media and compressor tools to play it but none of them worked.(media player,real player,jet aoudio,winrar,winzip,) and i also searched the google for its extension didnt find anything.

Try the web site below. If I had to guess I would assume it was the second listing, "Slim! Compressed Archive ".
