Most states have a review board for attorneys who violate their profession or handles complaints lodged against them. I don't know if this will classify but you may as well give it a try. I have to say though that the word "lawyer" and "morals" should never be used in the same sentence.

I don't see why people hold lawyers to higher or lower standards than other people. Lawyers are HUMAN, nothing more, nothing less. So to answer you question, EVERYONE should be above those acts as well as many other, but they're not.

You cannot sue the lawyer. Your husband is the one who made the vows of marriage. You are angry with the wrong person.
If you were going to sue anyone for immoral behavior it would be your husband.
