what is cled error mean? got it when I unstalled cubase and the comp cuts off at random now tryed defrag. no g

computer cuts off when ever it feels like it mostly when Im watching video files or listening to audio cds what does cled error mean it pops up every time I turn on my computer DRIVING ME MADDDDD! HELP MY SANITY!
