Repeal the 16th amendment, and change some of what is contained in the 14th amendment. Of course also diminsh the powers of the federal reserve and reintroduce gold and silver back into circulation to run parallel with the dollar until the federal reserve can be completely phased out and done away. But first and foremost how about reintroducing the ppl back to freedom by reestablishing our " Constitutional Representative Republic."

Get rid of the Electoral College, which makes it two easy to steal elections.
Add provisions for do-overs when an election was not, in fact, a real election (as when voters are prevented from voting).
