To me it does. I think it makes your system work faster.
If you have IBS (irretable bowl syndrom) that half of UK has it, then i think it's good to start with a good fibre. it is healthier, like brown bread, bran flakes, it's almost the family of fruits and vegetables.
Whereas white bread makes you bloated more, and the fat stays straight in your hips and your hips go wider wider and you don't fit the room then! just like my hips when i eat too much cheese pies and white breads, and pizzas. Days i use brown bread, vegetables, fibre - family things - i am much happier, my digestion system is faster.
As age goes older, you will realise this. But if you are young, enjoy and eat anything you can, it's fun to eat! if you can't eat it all, i'll grab your food!

Don't know but i take vitamins every day have all my life and the only reason I've ever been to a doctor was for stitches and have no health problems what so ever 51 and doing good so i would say it cant hurt

I guess so. Is there a lot of fiber in KFC bowls? It has been recommended to me.
