what is north korea? Do you mean the average joe, kim jong il, the military leaders? The mean of all these. Most people aren't involved in politics or wars. They sell shoes, meet thier friends, have a baby, worry about the bills.
I was living in north eastern china and my favorite food was korean bbq, i heard that people snuck across the border and lived in the area from N. korea, If anything is sydicated in that part of the world 'friends' is, so they think we're all like joey.

The starving poor citizens are probably hoping that Kim's dictatorship will crumble. They secretly like us and want to re-unite the North with the South.
The North Korean 'government' hates us. We have kept them in check and above the 25th parralell for over fifty years. They are one of the last brutal communist dictatorships on earth.

my sis is in the army and she just served a year at red cloud... they really have mixed feelings some like us and some still don't...just depends really what they been told about us as they grown up i would say...you know just like Americans who don't like people of other heritage or color
