I saw her on the porch below us again smoking, after she left we looked down there its a bag of moth balls on her chair. she told us its oh, just smoking my tobacco pipe. concerned.

Does she live directly below you? Hmmm, she's smoking' weird stuff,' talking to herself and she's' layed' a bag of moth balls..I WOULD be concerned. Smelled anything 'funny' coming from her kitchen? Hope your house doesn't go up in flames. Ka-Boom!

Hmmmmm this is a new one.. Think of it in a Positive manner, you will not have to worry about Moths getting into your home and destroying your clothes. I also hear MothBalls repell snakes so thats a Big Plus..

Smoking mothballs can probably have that effect as they are more than slightly toxic.

I can't imagine anyone smoking mothballs, for any reason. Are you sure they weren't just sitting next to her?

moth balls? ask her if she has ever smelled moth balls ? if she says yes ask her how did she hold them by the legs,or by the wings?
