If in fact, Gonzales appears to have been caught lying to what he knew, when he knew...does this guy deserve to keep his job?
I don't care if he is GOP/LIB, but this does not fly, period. This is bad business...

...and just a continuous stream of bad news coming from the Whitehouse...for how MANY years?

Well, the logical thing would seem to be that someone needs to hold hearings. And since it's the job of Congress to provide oversight to federal agencies, and it's the job of Congress to remove federal officers who are acting improperly, it would be up to Congress to hold these hearings.

Wait.... isn't that exacttly what they are doing?

No, he doesn't deserve to keep the job of Attorney General. That job is to protect the American people with the law.

This dork just wants to protect his benefactor, Dubya and support his lawless behavior. He never should have been made AG to begin with since he is a partisan hack and fixer.

Many repuglican lawmakers were on the sunday talk shows saying the same thing yesterday. I agree it is important that the A.G. be above politics, and honest.
