I think you should spray bleach and water in there for about 20 minutes then wipe it out to sterilize it.
It should be ok

You might have to get a new one. You don't want the fumes to get into your food. But if it is stainless steel inside you may be alright with just cleaning it with an anti-bacterial soap and hot water. But I would call the makers of the ant spray and find out what course of action is best.

It could have been worse...you could have sprayed whatever you were cooking, too. After letting it dry completely on the inside, you can wash it with a bleach cleaner like Clorox Spray. That should disinfect it for cooking. Just leave the door open to let it dry first and use the cleaner with plenty of air circulation.

Bummer.....I would clean it as well as I could. Plenty of cleaner and rising well several times. Once the cleaning is done, use your nose and see if you can detect any residue from the ant killer. If you do, then I would try and take it apart and wipe off the light bulb and the cavity it sits in. Do unplug it first though just to be safe.

I would probably want a new one even if I didn't spray inside. The ants would of probably gotten inside the mechanics of it and laid eggs or something gross. And I know microwaves get hot and all, but eeww, what if you used it and ants fell out of the top and onto your food.

Assuming that you didn't get any spray (which can be caustic) into the mechanism or into any of the vents, you should be fine.
Wash it out with soap and water. Leave it open to air out.
Shouldn't be a problem. You just want to clean it really well.

I would. Even if you scrub the inside of your microwave, there is still the grid the microwaves come out of that the poison could have, and probably did, get inside. Have you been able to clean everything inside of that? If not, then I would get a new microwave.

I don't think you need to get a new one. I would suggest cleaning it down with a cloth soaked in water and then cleaning it with your regular microwave cleaner.

Don't panic....Just clean it out real good soap and water. You won't be putting any food directly on the inside. Just make sure you wash it out real good.
