maybe. i never knew that a bird can cause america's worst hurricane. it's wings flapping make an unstable air around it and if the timing is right, it'll make a hurricane. don't believe me but look it up.

Theoretically, yes, since any change can be the start of an exponential cascade of effects that can affect weather patterns to a vastly greater degree than the original event. However, because of the difference in scale and the number of other variables involved, it would be impossible to predict how that specific brief moment of heat would actually affect weather patterns, to what degree, and in what part of the world.
