i need to put everything from the following website in to an act database

airport name location and types of planes in the fleet
is there a way to do this besides copy and paste?

there is, with SQL. if you know the server name that holds this information you can do query in SQL to pull the data. But if not, then unfortunately copy and paste is more likely the only solution.

ask them for the information in a .csv file.

Why not contact them and ask if they will give you the data in a standard data format?
