Need a little more information, what is she doing when she gets that error message?

I am only familiar with this message showing up while burning CD's on older computers with low memory. In those cases the cure was generally some combination of burning at a lower speed or increasing RAM.

Are you sure the error was not "Bufferin detected" ? This would indicate that the PC was contaminated with aspirin.

Are they getting that message when they try burning a CD? They should probably get someone to clean their computer for them, or make sure not to run any other programs while they are burning a CD. Here is my catch-all method of making the computer run faster and better:

- Click Start | Run, type msconfig, Press Enter.
- Click the Startup Tab and click Disable All.
- Click Services, check Hide All Microsoft Services. Click Disable All.
- Apply, Ok, Restart.
