Shakira's belly dances are to burn calories because if this shakira girl doesn't exercise, then she'll get fat. So, no, I thought at one time that Shakira was just being a naughty girl, but now I do believe that she is just doing technical workouts and it looks like these belly dances she does is only a cover up to how she really looks in real life like, she is one super fat lobster chick. I also believe her hips are lying to us all because she does that to incite all us guys into hectic psychological frenzy, but mother taught me better.

I think that belly dancing is part of her culture or simply something that she is good at and enjoys doing. I personally do not think that it's appropriate nor necessary in *every single one* of her videos. However, that's entirely up to her. Many guys can't seem to get enough of it.

its part of latin columbian culture!!..just like bharat natyam in india!
she dances very well! her belly looks like rubber!
its very hard to make ur belly's curve and go with rythm....
it took me 2 yrs to learn it!....and it pains a lot in backbone sumtimes!
and yeah!she burns lot of calories!!
i think she is the best belly dancer..!

She is beautiful and has a very good body and she dances with grace .i dont think her dancing is vulgar;.
